General terms and conditions for return and exchange
*At Abir Al Gharb Perfumes, we bear all replacement costs and fees in the event of product information not matching or a manufacturing defect or fault.
* If the customer wishes to exchange the product without any defects or malfunctions and the product is identical (such as changing the opinion) , the customer shall bear the costs of shipping the product to the company’s address within a period of 3 days from the date of receiving the order from the shipping company.
* The customer must verify the specifications and details before completing the order, otherwise he will have to pay any costs resulting from the replacement, including shipping and delivery expenses, etc.
* In the event that the product information on the website does not match or a different product is shipped, the customer has the right to exchange it without any additional costs.
* The customer has the right to exchange the product within 3 days from the date of receiving the order.
*The product must not be used or the primary packaging damaged.
* If the customer uses the product and there is a manufacturing defect, the company will bear the full replacement costs.
